FMIC's Marketing and Communications Department arranged a Continuing Medical Education (CME) session on April 22, 2018, at Indira Gandhi Hospital. The CME gathered around 50 specialists and trainees of Indira Gandhi Orthopedic Surgery Department to discuss the topic "Soft Tissue Defect Management of the Leg". The session was presented by Dr. Royeen Dehzad, Senior Orthopedic Surgeon. 

​Dr Dehzad briefed the cases which are performed at the FMIC, as well as issues such as the causes of soft tissue defect of the leg, surgical treatment, local muscular flaps, the prerequisite for a muscular flap, the complication of muscular flap, reverse sural artery flap, and complication of reverse sural artery flap. At the end of the presentation, they appreciated the FMIC for arranging the CME and demanded the FMIC to arrange more of such valuable and helpful programs related to orthopedic surgery services in the future.
