FMIC

​FMIC with the objective of providing high quality healthcare services is also committed to developing and strengthing professional skills of doctors and healthcare providers in Afghanistan by conducting Continuing Medical Education sessions. 

The latest such session, Electrodiagnostic Study (EMG/NCS), was conducted at the Mohammad Wazir Akbar Khan Hospital with 40 doctors participating from the mentioned hospital. 

The session began with a brief introduction of FMIC services by the Marketing and Communications Department. It was followed by a detailed presentation on Electrodiagnostic studies by Dr Esmatullah Hamed who was ably supported by Dr Gul Ahmad Tahiri.

The session was highly interactive with questions coming from participants during and after the presentation. The presentation was followed by a 90-minute panel discussion and question-answer session.

Doctors from Wazir Akbar Khan Hospital expressed their interest and satisfaction with the topic presented and requested more sessions on EMG/NCS as well as to be kept informed about other future events condcuted by FMIC.​
