free dental checkups for the Iman High School Students
On August 22, 2024, the Marketing and Communication Department with the
collaboration of the FMIC Dental Department conducted free dental checkups for
Iman High School students. A total of 44 students benefitted from the essential
dental checkups by the FMIC stemmatologists; Dr. Ahmad Zia Sakandari
and Dr. Safiullah Sahibi along with the
assistance of FMIC Dental Assistants; Dr. Shahla Hazhbar
Safi, and Dr. Hedayatullah Nayab. In this event, approximately 40-50% of
students had caries and gum inflammation and received necessary advice.
Ultimately, the school principal highly appreciated such useful
activities from the FMIC. The program ended with the distribution of
toothbrushes and toothpaste to the visited students for practicing oral hygiene
at home.
