Assistant Manager, Finance is responsible to prepare various analytical reports related to Finance as and when required by the management, maintain database for various management reports and check Journal Vouchers as per the approved authority matrix of Finance and any other report as and when required by the senior management.
Regular Responsibilities Prepare various analytical reports related to Finance as and when required by the management.
Review Daily Hospital Volumes.
Check Journal Vouchers as per the approved authority matrix of Finance.
Review the monthly Budget Variance Report, cost center wise of the entire institution and coordinate with the line managers for the variances if any.
Prepare the monthly cash request by 7th of each month.
Maintain database for various management reports.
Prepare Fact Sheet for all institution's data.
Record minutes of Sustainability Planning meetings.
Assist in conducting ISO Audit.
Prepare of various monthly management reports by 10th of each subsequent month including but not limited to:
Patient Welfare Development report.
Financial Performance report
Any other report as and when required by the senior management.
Prepare the monthly schedule of fixed assets / equipment received / pending from the available budget by 10th of each subsequent month.
Prepare the monthly schedule of staff recruited and to be recruited from the available budget by 10th of each subsequent month.
Prepare quarterly AKDN report.
Maintain the Chart of Account of the financial system which includes; defining / inactivating the accounts codes and related chart fields.
To run the monthly General Ledger closing process latest by 1st working day of each subsequent month and release the financial statement for management review and various reporting.
Any other work assigned by the supervisor.
Qualification and Requirements
MBA or Masters in Finance with six years of experience or ACCA (or other professional qualification) finalist with at least three year of experience.
At least three to six years of relevant experience.
Knowledge and Competencies.
Good communication, interpersonal skills in Dari, English and Pashto language.
Ability to work under difficult working conditions.
Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Good computer skills, especially MS Office.
Good knowledge of Accounting
