FRENCH MEDICAL INSTITUTE FOR MOTHER AND CHILDREN

Aga Khan Health Services, Afghanistan (AKHS, A), Aga Khan Foundation, Afghanistan (AKF, A), and the French Medical Institute for Mothers and Children (FMIC) are jointly initiating a group purchasing process and invite qualified and eligible suppliers to submit quotations for the lots i.e., Cleaning Materials and Stationery as following:

Contract Type: Framework Agreement (Call-Off Based)

Framework Duration: Six (6) months

Closing Date & Time for Submission: Tuesday, June 17, 2025 (10:00 AM) Kabul Time

Scope of Procurement: This RFQ covers a wide range of stationery and cleaning materials to be supplied under a framework agreement. Orders will be issued through call-off purchase orders by each organization individually, based on their specific needs during the contract period.

Delivery Locations: Selected suppliers are required to deliver goods to the following addresses:

FMIC: University Road, Ali Abad, Kabul, Afghanistan

AKHS, A: House #42, Behind Kabul Municipality Apartments, Klola Pushta, District #4, Kabul, Afghanistan

Performance Security: The selected supplier will be required to submit a Performance Security equal to 5% of the total contract value, valid for the entire duration of the six-month framework contract.
