The 15th French Medical Institute for Mothers and Children (FMIC) Annual International Scientific Conference and 15th Quality Convention will be held at the French Medical Institute for Mothers and Children on Thursday, November 13, 2025. The event's theme is “Transforming Healthcare: Education, Innovation, Quality and sustainability". The theme and sub-themes of the conference are inspired by the themes of World Health Day 2025 and other global health agendas.
The contribution of science and research is vital to transform healthcare and ensure quality health services for all the people, all the time. It also draws attention to health issues around the globe.
Quality care and patient safety are essential principles of healthcare. FMIC acknowledges the critical importance of quality in healthcare delivery, recognizing that excellence is vital for organizational success and effective service provision.
The 15th FMIC Annual International Scientific Conference & 15th Quality Convention will provide a platform for researchers, scientists, academicians, government officials, policymakers, physicians, nurses, midwives, sociologists, journalists, and other health professionals around the world who are keen to discuss issues and measures related to the science of healthcare, to promote quality of healthcare services. The conference will comprise; clinical, population & public health, and academic perspectives to look at the current trends and practices worldwide

Theme and Sub-themes
Abstracts related to “Transforming Healthcare: Education, Innovation, Quality and Sustainability"
are invited for the international conference and quality convention which is expected to be widely attended by participants from within as well as outside the country. In addition, all the approved abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings and abstract book.

Non-Communicable Disease Prevention and Care

Transforming Health Professions Education and Accreditation
Environmental and Occupational Health and Climate-Smart Healthcare
Innovation in Digital Health and Artificial Intelligence

For abstract submission, please note the following:
Abstracts for the Conference will be selected for oral or poster presentation depending on the evaluation by the Scientific Committee.
Authors should also specify their preference for an oral or poster presentation.
The selection of abstracts will follow rigorous appraisal to ensure that only quality abstracts are presented at the Conference.
Please clearly state the sub-theme while submitting your abstracts.
Please clearly state that your abstract has not been presented in previous FMIC conferences.
Registration for the Conference is mandatory for the final acceptance of abstracts.

Abstracts Submission Guidelines
For abstract submission please note:
Authors are requested to submit their research abstracts in either structured and narrative formats. Each abstract should include background, study objective(s), methodology, result, and conclusion.
The submitted abstract should be original and authenticity of the abstract is the responsibility of the author.
Abstracts must be submitted in the English language only.
Abstracts must not exceed 350 words, including title, author/s, affiliations, and footnotes.
The abstract will be accepted in soft copy only through email or given link. Hardcopies sent by mail or fax will not be considered.
No changes in the abstract contents and authorship will be allowed after the final submission. If you wish to withdraw your abstract you must inform the Scientific Committee via e-mail before August 31, 2025.
Authors will be notified regarding the acceptance/rejection within two weeks after the given deadline.
If accepted, the notification about the date and time of the session/presentation will be shared one week before the event.
Use "Times New Roman" size 12 Font, with single line spacing for the abstract text that has to be grammatically accurate.
Accepted abstracts will be published in the Abstract Book.
